Demoloop provides software and tools for live, interactive product demonstrations and related sales enablement workflows. Features may change over time as the service evolves.

All demos are recorded. By starting or participating in a demo, you consent to the recording of audio, video, screen activity, and the conversation transcript for the entire session. These recordings, along with any information you provide during a demo, may be used to operate, analyze, secure, and improve the service, to follow up with you, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not want a session to be recorded, do not start or join a demo. Recordings and related data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Demos are powered by automated, AI-driven agents. Responses, walkthroughs, and other content generated during a demo may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the services in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to violate laws or third-party rights.

Paid plans are billed at the prices and on the billing cycle presented to you at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our pricing, plans, and the features included in any plan at any time. For active subscriptions, pricing changes apply to the next billing cycle, and your continued use of the service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Demoloop and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all software, trademarks, and content. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy or distribute platform materials.

Our collection and use of personal information, including demo recordings and the data you provide, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features and integrations, at any time, with or without notice.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demoloop disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Demoloop harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if required to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Demoloop operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
